About Us
With a trade background in building, coming up with better, faster and safer ways of doing things was pretty natural to me.
Watching a TV programme in 1976, about lifting a second world war sub off the ocean floor, started off my passion for Green Energy design. Long before I ever heard the term Green Energy. Just some drawing/designs relating to lifting heavy object from ocean floor using buoyancy and turning continuous motion into energy.
Hundreds of drawings/scribbles on used bits of paper on the table, going down so so many wrong roads, going until you eliminate bad ideas. Using up the patience of friends, family, and the bank balance, and giving up hundreds of times. Then the following day you come up with some new ideas. (Unless you have an inventing mind, you most likely won't understand).
Scribbles turned in to CAD model drawings, then off to Belgium in 2008, where my Son was living. Lots of help from Belgium, government, La Verne University and local investors. Models where built and tested and worked really well. But no good news because even though Europe was far more interested in Green Energy, the bottom fell out of the financial world. Home I came with lots of lessons learnt but no commercial success.
The major lesson was: the green energy system must be commercial viable. But the effort had taken it out of me, so I gave up again. But the next day (nothing changes), I took some of the good ideas from each of the previous designs and what you see in the presentation is exactly that. Bits and pieces of previous ideas and a bit of common sense.
If there is a better base load green energy system out there, please back it. If not you might be left with mine.
Bottom line: we must do something - protest, debates, talkfests don't come up with real answers. Good design, government backing, the voice of majority of people, with investors with vision is where the answers lies.
